As a marketing agency, we've been using 5PM for years as a team, and actually went away from it and came back after trying at least 5 other systems. We have a very diverse workforce, and some of the different demographics have a hard time using and teaching themselves different functions in the software. No training required to be up and running. You can also send emails to 5pm to create tasks, assign teams, attach files, add messages, etc. It helps me keep everything organized, including completed jobs for billing.

It has a lot of great features, but the design is frankly extremely outdated. File storage wasn't my favorite, but not awful. Get 5pmseb done by 5pm! Its very dated and archaic. The interface is intuitive.

To see who logged into your 5pm account If you start with the free trial, you can pay on its day expiration or any time before that. I wish it had a windows software alternate I could use. Contractors all over the world can log in and access the tools they need 5pmwfb get their job done. You also can't delete an entire parent task 5pweb sub tasks, you have to do it individually The standalone time keeper is also a great solution!

What I dislike the most about this software is that it's confusing. I like that everything is organized into folders. I have never experienced any technical glitches.

You can preview it here: I5pm may actually be more functional than I've given it credit for but I'm not going to try and 5pjweb through features I can't find or try and 5pmweeb out the difference between a task and an activity or take any real amount of time if I can't log on and figure it out in under a minute. Some of the layout of the software could use some updating, like the pop up windows when you enter messages.
